Accredited Training ProvidersThe Securities & Investment Institute has introduced a policy of accreditation of training providers to provide clients, firms and candidates with clear information about training providers who meet the Securities & Investment Institute standards for high quality training provision. The Securities & Investment Institute is the first Awarding Body in the financial services sector to introduce this process, which monitors the quality of training.
SII values strong working relationships with its training providers and involves them, where appropriate, in the development of new initiatives. Centres wishing to seek SII accreditation need to complete an application form. Following a successful accreditation visit an Accredited Centre contract is then signed and a fee paid which contributes towards SII cost. This ensures that agreements between the Institute and the training provider are adhered to and that that standards of service and training are consistent.
An Operations Manualfor Accredited Training Providers is now available providing all the information required to book and register candidates for SII examinations, including obtaining updated Syllabus and Workbook updates.
A list of Accredited Training Providers is available on the SII website, subdivided into three groups by institution or whch can also be searched by specific qualification for which the institution offers training.

Institutions that wish to be accredited to train only for the Islamic Finance Qualification can download an Application Form and accompanying UK Guidelines or Non-UK Guidelines.
