The International Certificate in Wealth Management – Formally known as, and revised from, the International Certificate in Financial Advice (ICFA). The wealth management industry is facing a period of unprecedented opportunities and challenges - rising global wealth is increasing the demand for wealth management and private banking; turmoil in the financial markets demonstrates the need for robust client focused solutions that can help clients withstand this market volatility and preserve their wealth.

In response to a growing wealth management market and the importance attached to these firms to develop highly skilled staff to deliver competent advice, the SII has revised and renamed the International Certificate in Financial Advice (ICFA) qualification. The International Certificate in Wealth Management meet the needs of firms who require a qualification that will ensure that their staff are competent and understand the fundamentals of providing high quality advice to their wealthy clients.
