| Mr Fleming joined JM Finn & Co in January 2003 and is an Associate. He has more than 25 years of investment management experience having previously worked for Charles Stanley, Nicholson Barber & Co and BWD Rensburg Investment Management. Mr Fleming is a member of the Institute of Directors since 1997 and was elected a Member of the Stock Exchange in 1986. Mr Fleming has spent 21 years living and working in Derbyshire and Yorkshire. He continues to be very involved with the management of client portfolios and, in addition, represents JM Finn & Co at Yorkshire APCIMS meetings. Mr Fleming served on the SII Committee in various roles. As Yorkshire Branch President of the SII, Mr Fleming’s role will be to lead the region’s SII membership strategy, directing its programme of continuing professional development activities and promoting the SII values of professionalism, integrity and ethics. |

The Institute has a network of hard-working regional committees whose primary role is to support the provisional Continuing Professional Development opportunities and Social & Networking Events for SII members outside of London.
