Regional NetworkEach local Committee arranges a full programme of events, which includes professional seminars, industry debates, cocktail parties and formal dinners. Current details can be obtained by telephoning the Regional Office on 020 7645 0660 or by fax on 020 7645 0601, or by reading the Members' Bulletin in the S&I Review.
All SII members are entitled to attend events, whether in their own region or another. The Institute allocates all members a 'regional code', based on their post code, when they first join. This allows the SII to send them information on events local to them. However, members can elect to be a member of another region if it is more convenient.
Non-members may be able to attend events as guests or, in certain circumstances, by direct application. This should be discussed with the Regional Office on 020 7645 0660.
The Securities & Investment Institute has regional branches in England and Wales, three offshore branches and national organisations in Scotland and Ireland. Each has a full programme of professional and social events throughout the year and follows its own rules and procedures.
