Access to Telephone Legal Advice is available through LAW Express, an independent and professional legal advisory service operating throughout the UK, providing accessible, impartial and confidential advice. All their solicitors work in-house and are friendly, approachable and have at least five years' post qualification experience.

How to Use Law Express: The telephone number for Law Express is available through SII Select Benefits. When calling, please quote your SII membership number, briefly outline the nature of your enquiry and a call-handler will either put you through to a lawyer or arrange a call back within the hour.

Hours of Operation: Personal line: Mon-Fri, 8am - 8pm. Sat & Sun, 9am - 12 noon. Business line: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm. Weekdays only. (Banks Holidays excluded.)

Calls regarding litigation, immigration and commercial property are extremely specialist and therefore not covered. Law Express do not give advice pertaining to documents over the phone.
