Members must adhere to both the letter of the Membership Rules June 9th 2004 and the spirit of the Institute's Professional Code of Conduct.

The Disciplinary Panel of the Institute actively cooperates with the regulatory authorities and other bodies in investigating allegations of misconduct. It will not hesitate to take action against any of its members who fall short of these, or the Institute's own, required standards.
